Employment Law

– employment law and independent contractors
Employment law is a broad and increasingly complex and interesting area of practice impacting every aspect of the employer-employee relationship and the relationships between employers and third parties such as independent contractors.

I have developed a rich experience in employment law and its application which not only requires an understanding of its historical development but also diligence in staying abreast of the ever expanding statutes, administrative regulations and court decisional law.

I counsel and advise employees and employers throughout California and in other states on minimizing conflict and avoiding becoming a party to adversary proceedings.

To this end, I provide training, periodic e-mail and/or newsletter updates and of course, specific legal advice as matters arise – and better yet, before they arise.
